Tds on motor accident claim, can i get it back?
My friend received total 33 lakhs compensation in motor accident claim including 10 lakhs interest . He got deducted around 1.5 lakhs as tds. Can he get refund of tds paid? Which ITR to be filed and how to prepare it in brief.
