Tds on management fees charged by travel agency

Kindly advice whether TDS needs to be deducted on the Management fees charged by the Travel Agency under 194C?

AREA OF 194C IS VERT WIDE...

TDS U/S 194 C IS TO BE DEDUCTED IF IS THERE IS A NATURE OF CONTRACT / A TYPE OF CONTRACT.

IN ABOVE CASE I THINK TDS IS TO BE DEDUCTED.U/S 194 C

management fees is nothing but commission charges charged by travel agents. 194C is the appropriate section
