Hi,
I Just wanna know that whether TDS is to be deducted on payment of listing fess or processing fess paid to BSE or NSE or any other exchange. if yes, than under which section and if there is any specific case laws etc. or clarification or circular or notificatrion etc. Please let me know.

It is still unclear to me but generally they are deducted u/s 194 J @ 10% but some prefer to deduct it u/s 194C @ 2%.
