Can i plz know whether TDS has to be Deducted on one time payment of license fee paid to non resident for acquring technology. if it has to be deducted at wat rate it has to be deducted????

Hi
yes TDS can be deducted on one time license fee paid if amount is greater than 20000 @ rate of 10%+2%education cess for secondry education+1%education cess for heigher education (means 10.3%)

We are in business of catering. we got licence regarding sale of food. At what rent tds to be deducted on licence fees, which varies with amount of sale?
