23 April 2010A XYZ company has taken lease line facility from RCIL which is public Ltd Co. and Charging Service Tax on services provided, now Is XYZ company is lialble to Deduct TDS on payment to RCIL for lease line services for internet Connection. if not why? in case YES then in which section.
