Yes, 2% tds applicable on equipment if annual rent exceeds 180000 as per 194I

is it applicale on both Printer ans Laptop Rs.180000 limit, or separately Printer 180000 and Laptop 180000... we receive one invoice of both charges include.

In case the aggregate of the amount of such income credited or paid or likely to be credited or paid during the financial year by the aforesaid person to the account of, or to payee exceeds Rs. 1,80,000/-

yes tds @ 2% provided rent exceeds rs 1.8lakhs per year
