My query is:
LAND (Other than agri ) purchased rs. 3 Crore
Purchaser 2, Sellers 10, From 10 one seller's payment is Rs.250000 only, he don't have PAN Number,
Confusion is whether to deduct TDS on 1 % on total 3 Crore from all 10 sellers, or on 2,97,50,000 & 20% on 2,50,000 or not to deduct TDS on 2,50,000 .

I think it will be 1% on 9 sellers (with PAN) and 20% on 1 seller (without PAN).
