tds on internet services provided by sify technologies ltd

Dear Sir ,

My Company being a stock broker has teken site connection from sify tech. ltd. for a quarterly rental of Rs. 50000 including service tax ? now i want to know whether we have to tds on amount payable ? if yes , Than under which section whether u/s 194j or 194c .
