we have TDS deducted on interest at 31/03/2009 and paid on 27/05/2009 and return filed on 31/05/2009.
What is thedue date for same if 31/05/2009 is right date , then pls provied me any circular.

For March, last date of deposit is 30th April, and last date of TDS statement is 15th May.

Due Date For The TDS Return Would Be 15th May.
But As The Period Dates Back To 2009...There Should Be No Issue Of Late Filing Fee Etc....Then Why Are You Concerned ?

If the Interest was paid by book entry(accrued interest) then date of payment was 31/05/2009 for remittance.
Further, date of return filing was June 15 for Q4 till FY 2009-10.
No circular it is as per rule 30(1)(a) of the income tax rules.
