TDs on incentive
We have a own pay roll marketing staff. He sales flat. as per guidelines he will be applicable for incentive if he sale more than 2 flat. Now he full fill the criteria. We have pay Incentive to this employee. Now my question is Should I deduct TDS on inventive amount. If yes then Which section and what percentage
