in capex machine bill show separate cif seaport charges its liable to deduct tds if yes what is % of TDS

Yes , As per Notification 10 IGST its to paid under RCM & as per Notification 8 IGST Act specify The GST payable will be @ 5% on 10% of CIF value or @ 0.5% on CIF value of Goods.
