Tds on immovavable property

this is query relating to Tds on immovable property to be deducted at 1%

we have deducted the TDS and also filled form 26qb for the same

and also paid the tax amount in bank

but while feeding form 26qb - we have mentioned name of only 1 seller , though there were 3 sellers as the property was in joint name of 3 sellers

now, total tds claim is seen in only 1 sellers account and other 2 are demanding money back from us. now what is the option to us .

whether form 26qb can be revised ? what is the procedure ?
or should we write to the income tax

kindly let us know the procedure , so that Tds credit is seen to all 3 sellers

you need for contact Income Tax Department for the same as there is no online mechanism for rectification of errors.
