Tds on icici swipe machine commission

Hi Friends,

Can you please confirm applicablity of TDS on ICICI Swipe machine commission charges.

ICICI banker was deducting their commission and transfering balance amount.

Monthly ICICI Swipe machine commission charges was crossing 1,50,000 per month.

You are not required to deduct TDS on commission paid to Bank
