One of my firm's client deducts TDS on GTA payments. What should I suggest them? Is there any penalty?

If ur client (gta) has provided his / her pan no. Then no need to deduct tds. Assuming the invoices raised by gta is having pan no. There is no need to deduct tfs. In case the pan no is not provided higher j

Highr rate of 20% is there. If tds has beem deducted no.need to worry as there is no such penalty for deducting tds.
