TDS should be deducted on the gross amount inclusive of all tax on all type of payments Except u/s 194I wherein tds is to be deducted on Net amount of rent (exclusive of Servive tax).

TDS shud be made on Gross amount inclusive of ST, other taxes & charges except for Rent on whihc TDS needs to be made on Net amount only.
