TDS on goods purchased with warranty

Is tds required to be deducted on goods purchased with warranty when no warranty charges are specified separately. Tds would be deducted under 194C or 194Q.

194c is not at all related with goods.

194q is for purchase of goods.

i don't think warranty or no warranty matters

194Q is not purchase of goods.
194c is for contractor

The "GOODS" it's common word. So, We can't justify what goods You purchased. Better to give details...

As per Your query You noted sec 194C & 194Q. Based on this I think You know the TDS details...

Section 194C not applicable.
section 194Q applicable if 10cr/50lacs condition is satisfied.
warranty point irrelevant in this case.

We have purchased 500 pos machine costing 60lac which includes warranty charges and also the training to use the product . Under which section tds is required to be deducted
