Tds on goods
Hi
I wanted to know d reason
1. Why Tds is not deduct ed on goods.Any specific section/amendment in IT act.
2. Accounting treatment between Provision of ITax act, Income tax paid, Advance Tax and Self Assessment Tax in books every month in case of company.

goods are sold, purchased during the regular course of business every sale,purchase deduct the TDS difficult to business persons.obtaining details about customer every sale,purchase impossible.
