TDS on Godaddy bills

Dear Sir/Madam,

As GoDaddy bills are in USD, TDS won't be applicable right ? But, RCM will be applicable in GST right?

TDS u/s 195 will be applicable.

Ok.. what are the documents we have to collect from them, if any ? what is the threshold limit when to deduct TDS ? TDS rate will be 10%?

Rcm as well as tds would apply

There is no threshold limit applicable for section 195 the rate will be as per the nature of the payment in case of PAN is not furnished then 20% TDS applicable

Ok... thank u... is it mandatory to get additional documents like TRC and No PE certificate?

do you have any contact no. of GoDaddy where we can get these ?
