My concern is a franchisee of some technical institute and I have to pay some share in every student's fees. What should be the nature of this payment & whether this shall be subject to TDS. We can say this is a roality.

See the agreement between two concern. Does it elaborate the payment type? i.e. royalty
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
