Please suggest me whether tds has to be deducted on film production expenses to be incurred abroad.Also suggest me type of expenses which are exempted from tds in this issue

Dear Prasad,
Reimbursment of actual expenses is not subject to TDS. however, if the profit elements embeded with the such expenses then Section 195 (in case of NR assessee) would be apply.
Payment made to artists is subject to TDS u/s 194J.
