Dear Sir,

My company have not personally GEB Meter,I availed the Power from other company's GEB Meter

The coampnay has raised the debitnote to us for providiing electricity charged with service Tax amount

Can My company responsible for Tax deducted on above debit note

You can only deduct tds u/s 194c if there is contract than you have to deduct tds.
