Under which section TDS on Director's Salary of a pvt Ltd. co. is to be deducted and in which Form (24Q or 26Q) the quartely return is to be furnished?

TDS on director salary is nt different from tds on salary and hence it should be deducted under section 192.

TDS deducted on salary has to be filed in Form 24 irrespective of the status of an employee
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
