TDS on Development of Sofware

Dear All

For example, if we gave contract to ABC Ltd. for the development of software for my manufacturing concern then under which section TDS should be deducted i.e. 194C OR 194J .

Please also gave clarifiaction or any cicular for reference , if possible.....
