tds on custom clearance service charges
please give on rate of TDS to be deducted on custom clearance services

Yes, it deducted under sec. 194 C contract payment.

as the custom clearance provide the service and more over he also charged the service tax on that amount then why his service should not be consider under head service and deduct the tds at higher rate
