05 July 2010The Contractor has raised the bill for the item used for the contract as well as the labour chrgs together in a single bill.
Whether the TDS is deducted for the whole bill amount or for the labour charges provided by him???
Plz confirm. its urgent....

TDS SHOULD BE DEDUCTED ON THE LABOUR CHARGES ONLY.
