On whom 1% is applicable?
And
on whom 2% is applicable?

1% is applicable for HUF/Individual and 2% for others viz., company,firm etc.Plz go through the attached file for clear understanding.
Does Individual include Propretorship Firm????
Yes, Proprietorship is nothing but an individual only.
