i have registerd my firm in gst and doing all the work for construction from it.
but the confusion is that whether i have to deduct TDS on payment to Contracter who is supplying labour for construction
i am as a individual below tax audit norms

we have to use GST register when you making invoice you have to charge GST and when labour contractor make invoice he will charge your company GST. so if you pay money to labour contractor, get GST invoice. its easy to GST return.

yes, tds to be deducted ,where payment is made to any person above the prescribed amount.
and if the person is a contractor and doesnt have gst , u might need to pay gst @ 18 % for the amount you pay for him
