We have taken a college premises on Rent for our office use with their machineries, which TDS section and what rate can be applied,?
Dairy College with Rate of 0.75/- paisa per liter chilling cost, i.e. including rent and machineries...
pls suggest..

As it is service charges payment towards Chilling of products under a contract , TDS under 194C @ 2% is required.
