Can Any body let me know whether tds will be applicable on the COMPENTATION paid to anybody by the company ? IF Tds is Applicable then Let me Know its Rate (%) ?
Compentation Amount over here is 1,75,000/-

Company profile is Developer & Construction . This Compensation is being paid to Landlord .
If compensation is paid to landlord for acquiring possession of a property then NO TDS is applicable as it TDS provisions not applicable on Sale / Purchase transactions
