IF DEVELOPER OR CONSTRUCTION PVT LTD COMPANY PAYS ANY COMPENTATION TO THERE TENANT FOR REDEVELOPING . THEN
IS THERE ANY TDS OR ANY OTHER TAX IS LIABILE ?

TDS U/S 194 C shall apply, if there is an agreement between the company & the said tenant for any compensation thereof.
