Tds on commission towards on property sale
we sold the property sum of Rs.30L. I want to pay the commission to other person with TDs deduction but i don't have TAN No. How would the duduct the tds on commisson

You can't deduct the tds on commission as you are not having TAN No.
Please confirm your assessee status
In case you are talking about company/ individual (under tax audit) -please apply for TAN and deduct TDS
In case you are an individual (not under tax audit)- there is no such requirement to deduct TDS
