We are selling our goods to customers and Finance Co. (Eg. Bajaj Finance) extending Financing to our customers. for business support finance company paying us commission and not deducting TDS
please let us know about relavent section.

if the amount is more than 15000 P.A then payer is liable to deduct TDS @ 5% under section 194H
