TDS on Commission

I have received 3 Lac bill which is related Commission and inclusion of GST 18%...... I have to deduct TDS under Income tax.... What will value to take?

Deduct on basic value of the Commission.

There is a CBDT circular 23/2017 which clarifies that TDS need not be deducted on GST component if it is shown separately on the invoice

I'll deduct TDS on Rs. 254237.28 not 3 Lac.......... TDS amount 12106.52

As per Your query.,

The 3lakhs including gst. So, Reverse or Find out the basic value and deduct TDS on that value...

Tds to be deducted on Taxable Value.
