I have one question:
If enterprise is paying commission to Individual for his support for sale.
But the enterprise has to deduct the tds on the commission which is paying to Individual.
Individual income is less than 25 lakh
He is not liable to conduct tax audit under 44AB
Please suggest me
No need to check the configuration of the deductee except PAN.......... The enterprise has to deduct TDS (u/s 194H) on commission paid to the individual at 5% (with PAN) if the commission amount exceeded 15,000/- during previous year.
