Dear All,
I am working on Over riding commission(ORC) basis. My principles are deducting 10% of commission as TDS.
is it correct ?
Please clarify. Thanks in advance.

When commission paid more than Rs.2500/- tds should be deducted @ 10% for the year.

the nature is of commission. so it is correct.
