hi,

pls clarify followings with notifications,

tds applicable for catering service,hoarding rent paid and erection & installation

catering services covered under the Contract 194C

if contract deduct the TDS @ 2%

if Sub-contract deduct the TDS @ 1%

If paid the individual or HUF you must Deduct the tds @ 1%

All the three are covered u/s 194C

You can refer circular no 715 of 1998
