this service not undercover transport you have need to deduct on tds as contract 1% and 2% which ever is applicale according to law

Dear Depak ,
Take care of reimbursements(Customs /misc statutory charges)to your service provider are billed separateley else, apply the TDS on full amount of bill.

Yes TDS is Applicable but if Party has provided the Valid PAN Number No TDS need to be deducted.
