For you it is capital expenditure, But on behalf of installation and others works gerated income is main source of income to the other party, automatically it will attract TDS, according to their contract or consultancy.

And if TDS is not deducted on capital expenditure than what is the impact on disallowability of depreciation. Also provide case for it.

You are absolutely right but can you provide any case law in support for it.
What about installation of machinery and its impact on depreciation if TDS is not deducted.
