Hi,
Can someone explain what is the TDS Rate applicable,if I am paying Rent to Cafeteria for which the builder submits the bill every month.There is not agreement between the builder and the tenant.But my rental agreement is with the landlord of the premises,in which it states that all the necessary charges of the building maintenance or other charges all to be borne by the tenant whose is occupied the premises.
