yes TDS is required to be deducted if payment to CA is more than 30000

Yes, TDS should be deducted
and last date for deposit of such TDS was 30-04-2011,
so, TDS has to be deposited with interest.

Yes TDS should be deducted as the expense of audit fee booked in financial year 10-11.
