I am puchasing a plot in auction which is in the name of three person but loan was in the name of only one of them. other two is guarantor. who is/are will be treated as seller here - all three person or one who has taken loan or bank. whose pan will be provided as seller.

All the three persons will be treated as seller and PAN of all three will be given
