Tds on amc charges

Actually our client is paying AMC charges say for ex : XYZ pvt ltd for six months of Rs.12,00,000/- (i,e it is an indivisible contract) and 70% of portion is treated as service and service tax is levied on it and remaining 30% is not as service and TDS is being deducted u/s 194C . Now on what amount TDS be deducted i,e on 12,00,000 or on service tax part
