Ours is a Central govt organisation. We have entered into various Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for Computers & Peripherals and also for other Technical Equipments. We are deducting TDS @ 2.06%. But now our audit says that TDS is to be deducted u/s 194 J. Kindly advise.
