Tds on advertisement u/s 195
Hi,
We are a service company & will be giving Ad in a foreign magazine for which advance payment is to be made.
Will payment to foreign magazine attract TDS under section 195??

TDS on Advertisement Income of foreign entity is to be made only if, foreign entity has a permanent establihment (PE) in India. Please obtain a declaration/confirmation from them as to whether or not they have a PE in India.
