Our compnay have spend 4 Lac on newspaper advertisement in month of jun'11 by advertise company.Problem is that we have paid full amount without deduct tds in monht of jan'12. so now what we can do reagarding this.
Please help me its urgent

Actually TDS should be made before making of payment to deductee. But, Here the problem is "payment made already" to deductee, Practically deductor is nothing to do now except PAY THE TDS NOW.
But there is an alternative thing, onething is to recover all TDS in next month payment (or) get a discount bill from the deductee (as much as TDS have to pay by deductor) and pay the TDS.

If you have already filed TDS return for the 3rd quarter. May be you filed that return without reflect the any transaction regarding to that particular advertisement company.
So, if you pay the entire TDS now, You can enter all transaction in 4th quarter return.
