Sir,
I received advance amount 20 Lacs for my work Contract in March 2022 and for the same they have deducted 1% TDS. So my question here is how to treat this income tax. Means Can I cliam that TDS & If yes then how to show that gross receipt in Income Tax.

You can claim this TDS wholly, when you offer that gross receipt as "Business return"
