feeling honour on asking from all of u through this web site,


tell me plz if a co. give an add in recruitment coloum in news paper for a vacancy and paid for the same whether it will attract tds if on what % and u/s which section.

it will attract TDS. No matter toward what it is giving advertisement. Rate will be 1 % + surcharge ( if applicable) & cess @ 3 %
