A Pharma Company makes payment to Doctors in the name of Acedmic Aid on monthly or Yearly. Is any TDS Liablity arises ?
In audit how will verified these expenditure because there are no supporting. Doctors are not employee of company

see if the aid takes form of salary ,then TDS is attracted,one gud thing is to check the payroll records,if u cn get something
