My frnd earned income TDS on 94H and no other income ...so. which ITR should be filled
Either ITR-1 is enough or to file ITR4s? or ITR 4?

The itr type depends on the nature of the commission income. Whether you treat it as Business (in that case - ITR4) of Other sources (ITR1).
