TDS of three months are not reflected in form 26AS

I got new PAN in year 2008 and updated to my employer. For refund of AY 2015-16 & 2016-17, I have come to know that TDS of Apr-08, May-08 & Jun-08 are not updated in Form 26AS. It may be due to not PAN update.

 

How could now update it as my refund is pending for TWO assessment years.

you need to contact your income tax word circle.
